Nestit Group takes the step to become a leading Nordic player with the acquisitions in Finland and Norway

Nestit Group continues its growth journey, taking a significant step towards becoming a leading Nordic player in IT infrastructure and workplace solutions through the acquisitions of Finland-based Verano and Norway-based Provendo. With these strategic moves, Nestit Group enters two new markets and further strengthens its position as a long-term partner for small and medium-sized enterprises across the Nordics.

Verano is a well-established provider of IT infrastructure and workplace solutions in Finland, with strong expertise in outsourcing, cybersecurity, modern workplace, automation, and AI-driven services.

Provendo is a Norwegian IT provider based in Skien, delivering cloud solutions, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital integration services to businesses in the Telemark/Vestfold region and Greater Oslo area.

Since its founding in 2024, Nestit Group has completed thirteen acquisitions across Sweden, Finland, and Norway in 2025 alone. The group aims to reach SEK 1 billion in revenue by 2026 and SEK 1.5 billion by 2028.
