Nestit Group continues its Nordic growth journey through the acquisition of Digital Rådgivning As, DIRA, a Norwegian IT services company based in Høvik. The acquisition marks Nestit Group’s first add-on acquisition in Norway and strengthens the group’s local presence in the Oslo region, creating a stronger platform for continued expansion in the Norwegian market.
DIRA provides IT services within infrastructure, hosting, operations, maintenance and backup to small and medium-sized businesses. The company has built a strong position through high technical expertise, close customer relationships and a broad IT solutions offering tailored to the everyday needs of Norwegian businesses.
