Nestit Group reaches the one-billion mark and sets sights on SEK 1.5 billion – strengthens its position with the acquisitions of EdgeIT and Midpoint 

Nestit Group continues its Nordic expansion and reaches a new milestone. Through the acquisitions of EdgeIT and Midpoint, the group now comprises 15 companies and surpasses SEK 1 billion in combined revenue, with the ambition to reach SEK 1.5 billion in the coming years. 

The two new companies strengthen Nestit Group’s offering within IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity, while also expanding the group’s presence in southern Sweden. With these acquisitions, Nestit Group reinforces its position as a leading Nordic provider of IT and office solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.

EdgeIT, based in Gothenburg with an additional office in Växjö, has been helping Swedish and international companies improve their IT security and accessibility for over 20 years. Founded in 2002, the company specializes in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
