Nestit Group acquires Primanet, strengthening its IT offering in Finland

Nestit Group continues its expansion in Finland through the acquisition of Primanet Oy, a Helsinki-based IT company offering a broad range of services within IT outsourcing, consulting and software development. The acquisition is Nestit Group’s fourth in Finland and strengthens the Group’s position within IT while complementing its Finnish platform.

Founded in 2000, Primanet provides comprehensive IT services to small and medium-sized businesses, organizations and foundations. Its offering includes IT support, the operation and development of IT environments, and cybersecurity.

Primanet already has an established partnership with Office Innovations Finland, part of Nestit Group, within document management. The partnership provides a strong foundation for cross-selling, joint service development and a broader offering for the companies’ customers.
